Testing

The Scitus lab is able to develop a customized testing program so we — and our customers — can fully understand a part or product’s ability to meet the necessary criteria for safe, reliable, efficient operation. All testing is backed up with documentation to meet management or regulatory needs.

We commonly implement Design of Experiment (DOE) services. DOE is a systematic method to determine the relationship between factors affecting a process and the output of that process, or in other words, to find cause-and-effect relationships. This information is needed to manage process inputs in order to optimize the output.

Testing may be simple in nature, such as hardware function cycles, or as complex as measurements for the slightest electrostatic sensitivity. We also can design, build, and run custom tests for product-specific issues with comprehensive write-ups.
